My Inspiration For Creating This Course ..

If you’ve ever thought, “I wouldn’t lose my temper if my co-parent (or my kid) would just stop pushing my buttons!”—you’re not alone.

I created this course because I know firsthand what it’s like to deal with co-parenting conflict—the constant power struggles, the miscommunication, the feeling of getting bulldozed or, on the flip side, being told you’re “too aggressive.” I’ve been there.

Before I became a licensed child psychologist, parenting expert, and host of the Modern Parenting Solutions Podcast, I was a single parent raising two kids of my own. And just like you, I’ve had my patience tested in ways I never expected.

💡 That’s why I designed this course—not just to meet court requirements, but to actually help you navigate conflict in a way that keeps your peace, protects your child, and gives you the upper hand in handling difficult situations.

Maybe your co-parent constantly pushes your limits, ignores your boundaries, or turns every text into a battle. Maybe you struggle to communicate without feeling steamrolled—or worse, regret how you reacted later.

This course gives you the tools I’ve taught countless parents (and use myself!) to stay calm, set boundaries, and regain control of conflict—whether it’s with your ex or even your child.

You don’t have to keep living in co-parenting chaos. Let me show you a better way.
